Hard Goods Return Policy – 30 Days

We accept returns on most non-perishable items within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the following conditions are met:

– Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

– Opened/Used Items: Opened or used items may be eligible for store credit only, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

– Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee may apply to used items, opened packaging, or returns not in original condition.

– Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please package returns carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Perishable & Live Items

Due to the sensitive nature of live and perishable goods, the following applies:

– No Returns on Live Goods: Plants, livestock, and other perishable items cannot be returned.

– DOA Guarantee (Dead-on-Arrival): If your live or perishable order arrives dead or damaged, contact us within 12 hours of delivery. You must include:

  – Order number
  – Clear photos of the item and packaging
  – Photo of the packing slip

We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

– Gift cards

– Custom orders

– Clearance or final sale items

– Perishable goods (see above)

How to Initiate a Return

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is damaged during transit:

– Take clear photos of the outer box, product, and packing slip

– Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

– Keep all packaging until resolution is complete

Aquarium and Fragile Item Returns

Due to the nature of fragile goods like rimless aquariums or glassware, returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original, unopened packaging and packed securely for return shipping. Items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
